Re-Roofing (Tear-Off)

A new water-resistant underlayment is then applied to the decking at all areas beyond the ice and water shield. Finally, a new roof is installed utilizing high quality components for a complete watertight system. Of course, we do a complete clean-up and removal of all the old roofing material from your property.
