What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably some roofing experience, but hard work and integrity are just as important.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Construction experience (1 year preferred).
• Must have a valid Driver's License and ability to commute or relocate to Bend, OR.
• Willingness to travel (25% preferred).
